Oxymat A/S is producer and developer of the best control system on the market for PSA generator systems. Our experience from the market and years of making control system for PSA’s has given us a great knowledge of the demands needed to build flexible control system. To be able to supply the market with such a flexible control system, we have created a new standard for all our 2 and 3 columns PSA’s.
The system is called Multi Control System (in short MCS). It is a monitoring system offering advanced technological options controlled from a user-friendly "touch screen".
Touching it with index finger one can easily operate the system. In this way the system can be set according to your needs for monitoring:
purity, pressure, flow and valves.
These are following types of control system for Oxymat’s or Nitromat’s in our standard portfolio:
Standard control system
The first type is based on a standard controller with a switch for manual control and auto control. In auto mode the PSA is able to go into stand-by mode when the product tank reaches stop pressure and restart s when it goes down to start pressure. An operating hour’s counter is still to be found on the cabinet door.
Panel control I.
This type is with a small touch screen in front. This control setup gives you the benefit of reading the actual purity of the product and to have alarms, if it goes below the adjustable alarm Setpoint. The pressure is also being monitored and will also give an alarm if it drops under certain level.
Panel control II.
‘Panel Control II’ has the same benefits as ‘Panel Control I’, but also valve diagnostics. There is an alarm list with detailed description of the problem, which helps the customer to solve the situation. This helps the daily operator to take immediate action.
Panel control extended
‘Panel Control Extended’ is flexible solution for any application. It has, of course, all the benefits as the previous controls, but it also can be extended with a various add-ons. One of the requests might be purge function, dew point sensors, flow measuring and regulation, GSM/SMS function and many more. All these add-ons are easy to include to the system with the new modular object control function.
Panel control 3C
Oxymat 3 columns program is fitted with ‘Panel Control 3C’, which has almost the same specification as the normal ‘Panel Control II’ and is designed for expansion as the extended version. A very interesting feature on these models is our ‘adaptive cycle time’ according to the flow. This means that if flow is under a specific limit, the process periods are automatically changing and if the system is being supplied from a frequently controlled air compressor, it is adjusted to the delivery with lower power consumption as a result. In these energy expensive times and CO2 pollution being often discussed, this solution is highly recommended and appreciated by our clients.
