World News: Introducing OPAS – Product Launch in Munich!

We are excited to launch two world news this year at the Productronica Exhibition - the OPAS (Oxymat Purifier Action System) and the new skid design for compact, small footprint installations.
Once again Oxymat is represented at the Productronica Exhibition – this time introducing two new products at our 60m2 large stand in hall 26.
Nitrogen Purifier System
OPAS, as the name indicates, is an action based technology, purifying N2 from 99.5% to 99.9999% consuming only 0.7 kW/m3 of N2. OPAS can easily be added to and existing nitrogen installation and therefore a logical choice for applications requiring 1- 100 ppm. The OPAS product line ranges from 50 Nm3/h to 1000 Nm3/h. Depending on the feed gas inlet pressure, an outlet pressure of up to 9 bar is achievable.
The target customers for this new technology are global industrial applications within the electronic and metal industries, such as LCD manufacturing and selective/wave soldering.
X-Series Compact Nitrogen Generators
Our new mounting skid has the smallest footprint in the market. A full system generating 1,500 m3/h is installed in 11 m2 only. The nature of this design makes it very simple to install and even the energy consumption is lower than that of a traditional Nitrogen system. Power consumption of 200 kW leaves a factor 0.2 kW of each m3 N2 produced.
Our new in-house developed flow monitoring and control system enables intelligent control of flow and air consumption. We have succeeded in eliminating use of air and N2 receivers minimizing costs and footprint. Capacities of this system range from 300 m3/h to 2,000 m3/h.

Oxymat Oxygen and Nitrogen Filling Stations in Naxcivan

“The Land of Noah”, Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan is by many considered the outskirts of the world. Nakhchivan has a lot to offer and besides the grave of the prophet Noah now also Oxymat generator systems!
We are honoured to serve the inhabitants of this region with two full lines of both Oxygen and Nitrogen, each producing approximately 100 cylinders per day. The Oxymat plants, which both are run by the locally based company Gemiqaya, offers considerably lower operation costs than an old fashion cryogenic plant.

RTI : New Oxymat Service Partner for Scandinavia

Starting in October, the Danish based company RTI, who specializes in compressed air solutions, will act as Oxymat partner for service, repairs and maintenance work, covering Denmark, south Sweden and north Germany.
On top of RTI’s extensive experience in compressed air solutions, their technicians are trained and certified to install and service the full Oxymat product range.
This new partnership gives us the opportunity to provide an even better service for our Scandinavian customers, and also to proactively promote the advantages of the Oxymat Service Agreements.

We are proud to introduce Oxymat`s new UK Distributor! Based in North Wales, central to all motorways in the UK, Oxymat are now represented by Compressor Care N.West UK. This new partnership will enable Oxymat to optimize services
throughout England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Besides 25 years of experience in the compressed air industry, Compressor Care are trained and certified to sell, install and service the full Oxymat product range.
Compressor Care offers the complete solution, from concept to completion and service is available 24 hrs 365 days. Their technical support and stock of vital spares are paramount in ensuring that Oxymat becoming the no. 1 company of oxygen and nitrogen systems in the UK market.
The air treatment set-up of Oxymat systems simply requires a standard refrigeration dryer. Compared to competing systems using desiccant dryers, the Oxymat systems save thousands of pounds in energy every year.
The Nitrogen range, with capacities from 0,3 to 10,000 m3/h, and Oxygen range from 0.6 to 2000 m3/h meet the demands of any applications, and even with energy consumption as low as 0.2 kW/m3 (95% Nitrogen) and 1.0 kW/m3 (93% Oxygen).

Service Training Course 2011

In the first half of October we organized our yearly Service Training Course. This year’s target was to train our partners and customers of PSA generators service and maintenance.
Jesper Sjögren, CEO Oxymat Group, welcomed all participants and introduced products launched this year - new X-series Nitrogen generators and OPAS purifier system. Next part of presentation belonged to Medical Oxygen Solution, having premiere on Medica, Düsseldorf.
Laco Remias and Jan Helbich, the service and project engineers presented step-by-step installation procedure, initial start-up and service with maintenance.
Next morning was started up with Claus Nielsen`s contribution regarding Control systems and theoretical part. The course ended up with Atlas Copco’s technical compressor course. Information marathon of service and maintenance ended with practical maintenance exercises in the workshop.
We hope that the two day Training-Service brought to all 25 concerned partners all what they expected for their everyday work with our products.
We are looking forward for the next Course in next year.
