Oxymat will also this year be exhibiting in Hannover. We will be in Hall 26 booth A63.
We will have a big booth at approx. 60 m2 where we will be exhibiting 2 new product concepts.
The new purifier model OPAS will be showed and introduced at this Fair. The basic idea with OPAS is an action technology which purifies N2 from 99,5% up to 99,9999 only using 0,7 kW per m3 of N2. Therefore the name OPAS – Oxymat Purifier Action System. The OPAS is the true Add-on technology for applications which requires 1 – 100 ppm, because it can easily be added to existing Nitrogen systems.
The OPAS product range goes from a capacity of 50 Nm3 per hour up to 1000 Nm3/h. It can deliver an outlet pressure up to 9 bar if it is fed with 10 bar feed gas.
The target customers for this new technology is global industrial applications with Electronic and Metal Industries, Ex LCD manufacturing, Selective / Wave Soldering.
Another new product concept will be the new industrial/marine skid which has the lowest footprint on the world marked. A 1500 m3/h system uses only 11 m2. It is very simple to install and the energy consumption is lower than the normal PSA N2 system.
Total power consumption is now 200 kW giving a kW/N2 factor of 0,2 kW per m3 N2 produced.
During the R&D process we have developed our own flow monitoring and control system, enabling us to control flow and air consumption in an intelligent way. We have eliminated the use of air and nitrogen receivers to minimize cost and footprint.
This system goes from a capacity of 300 m3/h up to 2000 m3/h.
